At Twisty Ride, our objective is to make the shopping experience as quick and enjoyable as possible. Our 500-pound gorilla is really the best at posting and packaging when he’s not busy chatting with bikers. He’ll send you an email the second your parcel is dispatched with tracking information so that we can both monitor progress.

Delivery Options

We are happy to offer our shopping and shipping services to bikers and pillions around the world. Our headquarters are located in London, United Kingdom and our inventory held in our warehouse a few miles down the road. We’re working with both Royal Mail and Parcelforce in order to give you a wider choice of delivery options. Here are the shipping options we propose:

Timing

Oh yeah, we dispatch your goods on the next business day (in the UK) for orders placed before midnight GMT. So 1-day means one day following the dispatch, 2-day stands for two days after the dispatch day. 1-2-day means you will receive the item between one and two day after dispatch. There is also one more thing - a signature will be required on delivery. So make sure there will be somebody around to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.

Charges and fees

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size (including packaging) as well as the carrier and the delivery option you have selected. In the unlikely event the delivery cost needs to be adjusted after this stage, we will contact you to get your approval before proceeding with your order. Free delivery is offered on pre-orders - Order your gears NOW while the offer last! Free delivery only applies to UK mainland. Please don’t hate us. Additional charges may be applied by local officials on international orders. Further details are available on our international shipping section.

Availability

Should an item you have ordered be out of stock, we will notify you directly by email of the status of the item as well as an indicative timeline. You order will be cancelled at this stage. Once we have received more stock from the manufacturer, we will notify you of its arrival should you still wish to place an order with us.

International Shipping

If the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, there is a chance that duties, taxes and brokerage fees may be applied by your local customs and billed to you separately. Your local customs should be able to provide information on duties, taxes and restrictions. If for any reason outside of our control we cannot ship to your location, we’ll contact you ASAP and provide with a full refund.

Refuse Delivery

We’d like every customer to be happy with their purchase and enjoy their gears to the fullest. However, you are in right to refuse delivery at your doorstep. However, if we don’t receive the product(s) back we will not credit your card. Sorry for being mean. Click here for details on Returns .
